Surroundings
You can move conveniently from the apartment on foot or by rented-bike, without having to use a car, a taxi or public transport.
Muelle Uno and Centro Pompidou
Muelle Uno is the new marina area with restaurants, bars and leisure areas along the promenade of Malaga Port. The main entrance to Muelle Uno is just 30 meters from the apartment.
These modern surroundings have become the insignia of the city growth during the last years, hosting the only permanent gallery of the prestigious Centre Pompidou.
You can enjoy the good atmosphere of the terraces at the numerous restaurants and coffee shops. You can find from “taperias” at very popular prices to sophisticated restaurants with a Michelin star.
You can also rent a bike to move through the city at your own pace and ride along its promenades.
And for those who prefer shopping, Muelle Uno also offers a variety of shops


La Malagueta beach and the Promenade
La Malagueta beach is at 150 metres from the apartment. One of the most popular beaches to enjoy the sea on a sunny day “of which there are many”. The beach offers public showers, lounge chairs, lifeguard, and the typical beach restaurants “chiringuitos” etc.
The “Paseo Marítimo de Levante” comprises from La Malagueta to the neighbourhood of Pedregalejo and El Palo, well known for their magnificent terraces and restaurants of “fried fish” where you can taste, among other specialties, the famous espetos de sardinas (sardines skewer).
Supermarkets and coffee shops
At 2 minutes´ walk from the apartment, you can find a supermarket of the chain Supersol, and close to the promenade, another of the Mercadona chain.
If you want fresh bread or breakfast, you will find two fantastic coffee shops at street level, "La Canasta" and "Galopain".

Málaga Park
A unique green area with ample variety of flora of subtropical kind. Walking along its gardens, you will find one of the most emblematic buildings in the city, such as the Town Hall, the Bank of Spain and the Rectorate building of the university.
And if you like botany, the Botanical Garden of La Concepción, at the outskirts of the city, it is a place you cannot miss.


Historic city centre, museums and La Alcazaba (Moorish castle)
Picasso museum and the Thyssen museum, the recently inaugurated Museo de Bellas Ártes, La Alcazaba and the commercial streets at the city centre are at hardly 10 minutes´ walk.
